How do I find which remote will work with my device?

Check the user manual of your device. If you do not have a manual, find the model number on your device. Search your model number with the word "manual" into a search engine. There are multiple websites that provide free manuals. Inside the manual there is generally a page with a rendering of the remote control or will tell you the model number needed. If you still don't know which remote you need, please contact us.

Are batteries included with purchase?

Unfortunately, due to shipping regulations remotes needing AAA, AA, or 9 volt batteries cannot be included in the shipment
